We are registered with the state of Utah as a financial institution.  We offer in office financing for accounts that have a credit history that is fair, good or excellent.  If you plan to have a balance that is over your credit limit with our office we offer financing with Citi Health Card.  You can apply for the Citi Health Card online, or by coming to our office, or by calling   (866) 843-2330.  We currently offer three of the Citi Health Card plans:  the Regular Revolving Payment Plan (no minimum), the Budget Payment Plan (minimum $1000), and the 3 Months No Interest Payment Plan (minimum = $150).

     On accounts with our office, the first two months from the date of service are interest free.  We generally set up accounts at our office so that they will be paid off in about one year.  Citi Bank will set up lower payments for a longer period of time.
